MAJESTIC VALLEY WILDERNESS LODGE, Sutton-Alpine

Majestic Valley Lodge offers 21 rooms and cabins with views of the Chugach and Talkeetna Mountains. Accommodations include: 3 deluxe rooms upstairs in the lodge, featuring a master suite, 2 modern bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with 2 queen beds) and a shared bathroom; 4 deluxe rooms downstairs with options for 1 queen bed, 2 queen beds, or a queen bed with a twin bed; cabins with a queen and full bed, full bathroom, and coffee bar; 8 private rooms with a full and twin bed and full bathroom. All rooms include a full bathroom with granite vanity, radiant floor heat, television, and wireless computer service. All accommodations are non-smoking and allergen-free.

The lodge serves a set 3-course menu daily at 7:00 PM, with meals prepared from fresh, local ingredients. Staff can cater meals to guests' dietary preferences and budgets. The lodge bakes its own breads and desserts. All food and alcohol consumed during the wedding must be purchased through the lodge. Options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner range from budget-conscious to 5-star meals.

Guests can use a sound system with a CD player or device hook-up and Wi-Fi for events. The lodge offers many lawn and board games. A bonfire pit is available for use. Other activities include limitless snowshoeing and viewing wildlife. Bright blue signs designate trails that meander through spruce forests and along the 500-foot East Fork Canyon. Guests can watch airplanes land and take off from the porch, 50 feet from the airstrip.

Majestic Valley Lodge is located along Hwy 1, also known as the Glenn Highway, at Mile 114.9. It is conveniently located along the route to Denali National Park, Wrangell St Elias National Park, Prince William Sound- Valdez, and the Alaska Highway. The lodge is 100 km from Belmopan. Guests can access numerous trails in the Tahneeta Pass right from the doorstep. Many local operators offer activities such as hiking, helicopter, zipline, ATV and glacier tours.

The lodge caters to individual dietary and activity preferences, providing a clean, non-smoking environment. Exclusive use of the lodge main level floor space includes the dining room, lounge, bar, 2 guest bathrooms, and covered porch until midnight. RV camping is available in the parking lot, with electrical hook-ups available. The rental/site fee includes tables and chairs, white tablecloths and napkins, flatware, glassware, dinner plates, serving dishes, coffee, lemonade, tea, water, cleanup, garbage disposal, servers, bartenders, projector, and screen.
